Looking for someone to move into my spare room. 15 mins walk from Catford, Catford Bridge and Hither Green station. 30 mins to London Bridge (including the walk)

The room is very nice, original floorboards, fireplace, wardrobe, chest of drawers, Murphy bed (can fold up so you can use the room space if needed), shelves. Peaceful room off the main road so it’s nice and quiet.

Use of the office/music room if you need to work from home. Sit stand desk, decent wifi. Is at the other end of the flat to the lounge and kitchen so is a great place to work in and I don’t use it during the day anyway.

Shared bathroom with plenty of space to store all your items.

Living room and kitchen are plenty big enough for 2.

Garden currently is a bit empty but I’m planning on doing this up next year.

Loft space if you need to store anything you don’t want in the room.

There is free parking over the road (although getting a spot can be a struggle). You can buy a permit for the road behind (3 min walk away approx)

About myself:

I’m 31, chilled and easy going. Really into watching sports (football, f1, cricket, rugbt, American football… you name it). I’m a sound engineer so work random days and times. Well into music as you’d imagine, I play drums and dj a bit. Friendly and sociable but also like my own space sometimes.

Looking for someone who is going to be friendly, tidy, sociable and feels more like living with a friend. Preferably for a year and we’ll see how it goes.
