Room in a Shared House, Hawarden Ave, CH43

I’m currently looking for a female housemate to occupy a fully furnished double bed room for 6-9 months. You’ll have a nice sized double bedroom with double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe.

My house is a lovely, well-presented and very spacious 4-bedroom Victorian semi. The house has lots of charm and character, high ceilings, log burner, and plenty of street parking.

The house has a medium-sized garden with a patio and Astro turf.

There is a main bathroom with separate shower and standalone bath. There is also a WC downstairs.

You will share the whole house with a professional female, aged 29, who works in the NHS Monday-Saturday. She is a close friend of mine who rents a room. She is bubbly, chatty, likes to spend time socialising in the house but also respects boundaries and appreciates time alone to unwind.

The house has two reception rooms, meaning you can watch TV separately when you wish.

I won’t be renting out the other 2 bedrooms as I’d like to give my tenants the space you need to live comfortably.
