There is a bus stop opposite with buses to Winchester and Eastleigh and a five minute drive (30 minute walk) away from Shawford train station (trains go to Southampton center, Winchester and London). You can walk to the village center of Twyford in ten minutes, where there are two pubs, a post office, village shop and café. It also has a Doctors surgery with pharmacy and a dentist. There are also lots of rural areas to walk directly from the property.
