£586 (rent) + £118 (bills incl. wifi) = £704 a month/ £176 a week

It is a 5-bedroom house, where you will be paying for a double queen sized bedroom with walk-in wardrobe.

Highly likely that the house will be completely empty since it is the end of the academic year. However this is not guaranteed as other flatmates (3 girls, aged 19-20) may be there occasionally until July at their own discretion.
