Location
Our house is in a nice residential area, a 15 minute flat walk into town and the BNU campus, yet almost opposite Wycombe's largest park at Hughenden Manor.
Shops, a supermarket and even a gym are all within a 10 minute walk.
The house and rooms
The spacious semi-detached house was specifically architect designed for shared but independent living and comprises 3 ensuite rooms, 2 rooms sharing a bathroom on the first floor, and 2 rooms sharing a shower room on the penthouse top floor. Rent and other information
Our rents are amongst the most competitive around and includes all bills – gas, electricity, water, TV licence and internet. Note that registered full-time students are exempt from Council Tax bills.
Rents start at £150 per week and unlike local halls of residences, we don’t charge for using the washing machine!
As the whole house is available to let we will give discounts to student groups who sign up altogether.
