The property 
The property is a split level apartment with two double bedrooms, one bathroom containing a bath and shower, a laundry room and an open kitchen/lounge. The apartment is neutrally decorated and fully furnished with practical and stylish furnishing throughout.

Upon entering, the door opens to a bright and airy hallway with wooden floors, high ceilings and a skylight onto the lower level of the split level flat. On this lower level there is the a laundry room, bathroom and the smaller of the two bedrooms.

Directly off the hallway there is laundry room with a washer dryer and storage for tools. 

The bathroom contains a shower/bath with beautiful light features, and an oversized mirror. Wooden shutters help to provide privacy in the bathroom and underfloor heating and heated towel rails makes the space even more comfortable. 

In the smaller of the two bedrooms is a day bed that transforms into a single or double bed, or that can be used as a couch. Two extremely comfortable Simba mattresses make this bed a dream to lounge on in any position. Three spacious draws can also be found under the bed. Aside from the bed there is a large wooden table, an ergonomic office chair, two wardrobes, a book case, an ornate tall chest of draws and a small ottoman.  A pegboard on the side of the table add extra practically to the space. Overall it is an excellent office/guest bedroom or full time bedroom for one occupant. 

Moving upstairs, on the landing are small shelves for adding decorative features and a bright ottoman for addition storage and added comfort. 

In the master bedroom there is a double bed with a comfy eve mattress (and in-bed storage), one double wardrobe and one smaller wardrobe.  Additional storage is provided by a chest of draws, floating shelving, a small ottoman and a bookshelf. Blackout curtain help keep the room dark at night, and a comfy chair is perfectly positioned to watch the sunset over the rooftops of London. Floating rechargeable lamps provide excellent reading lights and small bedside tables help contain extra bits and bobs and provide room for tea and coffee cups in the morning. 

Finally moving to the last room, an airy, light kitchen/lounge area with large window with wooden shutters. A comfy sofa bed provides a great place to lounge, additional storage plus an excellent double bed for visitors. Across from the sofa is a beautiful modern rug and brass/glass coffee table. Two slimline side tables provide even more storage for this relaxation area. Towards the centre of the room an adjustable table that expands from 4 to 8 seats provides the ability to enjoy a cosier dinner or host a dinner party. Six mix and match chairs are provided and additional seating can be added by using the various ottomans within the lounge (and beyond!). Two brass shelving units are also featured, one a smaller bookcase and a standout hexagonal unit which is sure to attract compliments. Additionally there is a small chest of drawers that is currently used to store games. Also, currently a shelf above the sofa provides an excellent spot for a wall projector and decorative items. 

In the kitchen there are amble appliances to facilitate any sort of cook, with appliances including but not limited to an integrated dishwasher and fridge freezer, a microwave, blender and coffee machine. Thirteen cupboards and four deep draws provide plenty of places to store food, appliances and utensils. Additional storage is provide above the kitchen cupboards. The kitchen is finished in a matte light grey colour, with quartz kitchen tops and wooden flooring in present throughout the kitchen lounge area. 

Double glazing is in place for all windows and the heating is run through a hive system. 

The area 
Blackwater street is located just off the bustling Lordship Lane which contains an excellent mix of artisanal shops, trusted chains, cafes, restaurants and charity shops. For film buffs East Dulwich Picturehouse is less than a minute away! 

From the property it is a 10 minute walk to East Dulwich station (15 minutes into London Bridge), 20  minute walk into Peckham, 15 minute walk into Dulwich Village and a 1 minute walk to bus stops which have 24 hour buses. 

Peckham Rye and Dulwich park are both a 20 min walk away and Brockwell Park is 30 mins walk away. The Horniman Museum and garden is also a 25 min walk.
