Hi there!

My flatmate is moving out as they’re moving back home, so I’m looking for someone to join me in this flat asap (I’m not the landlord by the way!) 

It comes fully furnished with a double bed and plenty of storage. You're welcome to take the desk if you work from home, as I’m in the office five days a week. (The kitchen is also equipped with an air fryer and coffee machine if that piques your interest!) 

The flat is really spacious and conveniently located near shops, with a Sainsbury’s Local and 24 hour gym just two minutes away. It’s also only 10 minutes away from Tooting Station, Tooting Broadway Underground, and Broadway Market.

The rent is £875, and bills come to about £130. The room is available from the 14th of May, but can be flexible on dates.

About me: 

- I’m 28 and previously worked in music event marketing, and now have moved into the Civil Service. 
- I like going out in the area, particularly to the market and pubs. 
- I love music and going to gigs and clubs. 
- I’m sociable and like to have friends round, but also understand the importance of personal space and recharging your batteries! 

I’m looking for someone that may be up for joining in on walks to the common nearby, pub quizzes, and the general upkeep of the flat, which is still a work in progress in terms of furnishing, so I’m looking for someone to help me with making it feel like a home.
