Each bedroom is furnished with a double bed w. orthopaedic mattress, double wardrobe, chest of 3 drawers, a single drawer desk and Louvre chair.

Ensuite comprises of a sizeable 900mm shower quadrant enclosure, electric shower, wash basin, toilet, heated towel rail and mirror.

Dunkeld Road house boast of incredible co-living spaces which can be found on the ground floor.

These include:

a beautiful matt black kitchen with two hobs, two ovens, two 50/50 fridge freezers, coin operated washing machines and driers and ample storage.

an open plan living-dining room, equipped with bar height breakfast bar/study space, sofa and television.

For the safety of students and others visiting the property, CCTV is in operation.

Deposit options:

We understand that you want to spend your money on the things that matter most. Therefore the alternative to a cash heavy deposit is “Reposit”. This allows you to pay a small fee instead of a substantial tenancy deposit, giving you greater financial freedom. Should you be successful with your application, you will be sent a link to help you set up your Reposit account.

If you choose to go down the more traditional route for a deposit, it will be 2 months rent.

Each tenant will need a UK based guarantor.  If this is not achievable, there may be alternative schemes available.  Please contact for more information.
