A lovely light room in a warm modern house close to Holloway Road and 10-15 minutes’ walk from Archway, Finsbury Park and Holloway Road tube stations. The house is to share with four other young professional people. Shared areas include kitchen with dining table, separate large communal living area with laundry facilities, also downstairs wc. There is a small garden at the rear.

The room is clean and tidy and in a quiet household. Your room has a double bed, large fitted wardrobe, and a bedside drawer unit. The main bathroom contains a bath with shower over, basin and wc.

The bills for gas; electricity; water; council tax; broadband, tv license etc, are chargeable on consumption, but each month you will pay a fixed budget amount (set at tenancy start). On tenancy termination the difference between the amount you paid and the budget amount paid balance is calculated and any difference returned or payable.

There is an allocated parking space available for additional monthly charge.
