This Spacious Double Studio will be for a minimum 6 month let and one month deposit and one month in advance is required. Students without proof of income would require a guarantor from a UK property owner and six months rent in advance. If a student and no UK property owner guarantor, payment in advance of 9 to 12 months will be considered. If self employed, certified/audited accounts required, or six months rent in advance plus also a guarantor from a UK property owner.
