Would suit someone without a car, as there is limited non-designated parking available, and Soham has very good local ameneties, with major towns  Ely and Newmarket a short bus or train ride away.
Smokers need not apply.

It may be possible to accommodate pets for established lodgers.

A working level of English is required.
