The flat next door to us will be coming up for rent at the start of April. We are looking for one or two lovely people to join the little community we are creating here in this fantastic location in Totterdown. 

 The flat has spectacular views from the lounge with incredible sunsets. We have also moved in recently and are looking to create a communal garden over the summer on the land so it could be nice to find people who are keen to chip in with that too and enjoy it with us. For nature enthusiasts there are also allotments across the road and a park with a couple of minutes walking distance. It is situated on a very quiet road.

We are in a Georgian building hence high ceilings and spacious rooms. The flat is currently being redecorated throughout to the same standard as ours (pictured) The floors will be insulated and finished with wooden floorboards in the hallway and lounge and carpet in the bedroom. 

The landlady is great and a friend. She gives us a lot of leeway to do what we want with the place. As the flat is currently under construction we have included photos of ours instead as it is the same size and will be finished to the same standard.
