Room in a Shared Flat, Bennet House, RG2

I have a Double room to available to rent in Arborfield Green from now. Fantastic location close to Reading, Wokingham and Bracknell.

I have just moved in myself this month so there is some furniture currently missing including coffee table, additional arm chair, lampshades etc. This will all be added in the coming days and will be all good for when a move in date is agreed for you.

£650 per month all bills included (subject to fair use)

Double Bedroom and Private Bathroom (Subject to occasional guest use)

Plenty of parking. I have an allocated parking space plus there is visitor parking space alongside laybys and on road parking.

Shared kitchen/lounge/Diner. Washing machine in kitchen as well.

Single bed provided that extends out to super king. Photos included showing proposed bedroom furniture. I am looking to include a bedside table, chest of drawers and wardrobe. However, if you would like something different we can discuss.

I work in an office based role Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30 so out of the house most of the day. I play golf in my free time and like to watch sports etc in my free time. Enjoy going for a drink and socialising.
