Smart double room for let from 1 Nov 2024 in a shared house, Bagshot (about 100m from Waitrose). The price is based on a 6 month let. Average shared bills are included which means there may be extra bills if usage is high or there is a very cold winter.  

Broadband speed is rated 300Mbit.  

The house is a short walk to Bagshot train station (Waterloo is approximately 55 minutes by train), 5 mins drive M3 J3 and 2 miles to Camberley town centre. It is a mixed shared house. Facilities include communal TV, gas CH, washing machine, dryer, freezer, microwave etc. 

Satellite connections pointing to Hotbird and Astra2 cabled to each room but you have to provide own receiver if you already have SKY box it will work. 

Rooms are cleaned every week and communal areas 3 times per week. 

There is off street parking to the side of the house and more around the corner if required. Refs and deposit are required.  We carry out full ID checks.
