Smart double room for single let in a shared house, Bagshot (about 100m from Waitrose) from 29th Dec 2024. The price is based on a 6 month let. Average shared bills are included - including broadband. Bills may be higher during the winter months due to the massive increase in unit cost for gas and electric.  Please note we pay the bills on your behalf - bills are not inclusive so if gas/electric costs go up there will be additional costs.  

The house is a short walk to Bagshot train station (Waterloo is approximately 55 minutes by train), 5 mins drive M3 J3 and 2 miles to Camberley town centre. It is a mixed shared house. Facilities include communal TV, gas CH, washing machine, dryer, freezer, microwave etc. Satellite connections pointing to Hotbird and Astra2 cabled to each room but you have to provide own receiver if you already have SKY box it will work. The rooms are cleaned every week and communal areas 3 times per week. There is off street parking to the side of the house and more around the corner if required. Refs and deposit are required.  We carry out full ID checks.
