The house is a beautiful 18th Century character property in a conservation area, with huge rooms, situated just a few minutes' walk from central University facilities and Normal site.

Large comfortable bedrooms and well-furnished character communal rooms. Great VIEWS over the Menai Strait.
The house also has 
TWO huge high-ceiling character living rooms with TV, DVD, INTERNET.
TWO fully-equipped kitchens, 
FOUR shower rooms (5 showers).

Kitchen appliances are all in new condition including American style fridge freezer, dishwashers and air fryers!
