This is a comfortable two-bedroom furnished flat (60 sq. m.) on the top-floor of a quiet and well-managed Georgian house (listed Grade I) in a prime central location. The flat has a dedicated parking space within a gated enclosure.

From the two double bedrooms it has wide easterly views over the rooftops of the city of Bath to the south and east and the hills beyond.
