The rental price includes water rates, TV license, private waste disposal collections, local tax, unlimited full fibre Wifi and private designated parking outside the property in the private courtyard.  Electricity is to guest's account based on meter readings and charged at Octopus Energy rate.  Well behaved pet welcome at extra charge.
