• A further large bedroom is available only as an occasional guest bedroom,  and solely for that application.
• There is also a good amount of indoor storage space.
• Free Broadband/WiFi.
• There is ample on-site parking in the gravelled courtyard.
• I am the Tenant, seeking one or two people to share my home.
• I’m an easygoing retired chap, with interests centred on the countryside.
• I would prefer take-up of this offer by April/May 2024, from parties who are seeking a long-term (ideally min. one-year) stay.
• Sorry, no Children. Adults, preferably c. 35-70 years old – either a single man or woman, or a committed couple without children.• Sharer(s)’ privacy will be wholly respected (though I’m very happy to socialise as suits).
• I’ll need confirmation that prospective tenant(s) are in permanent employment, or of private means, with demonstrable sufficient regular income or funds.
• Rent excludes a monthly contribution to overheads e.g. Council Tax, energy/utility costs etc. I would not expect this to exceed c. 20% of the rent, and will provide full supporting documentation.
• Sharer(s) will be co-tenants with myself, included on the Tenancy Agreement (sight available), and will need to pass relevant scrutiny, in particular Right To Rent.
