The property is let unfurnished. We are seeking applications from tenants over the age of 28 years due to the quiet nature of the building and the quiet times for our other tenants who work various shifts.

Rent £730 per calendar month in advance
The Deposit of £730 will be held in accordance with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme Regulations and will be refunded at the end of the tenancy, subject to the property being left in a satisfactory condition, including cleaning.
No administration fee will be charged. A £200 holding deposit will be required. The holding deposit can be retained if the applicant provides misleading information, fails a Right to Rent Check, withdraws from the property, or fails to take reasonable steps to enter into the tenancy.
The tenant pays their own council tax, electricity, water, internet and other services. There is no gas to the property and we suggest you take out your own personal content insurance.
