Newly refurbished to a high specification 2 bedroom - 1 bathroom Victorian terrace on the edge of Bozeat near Olney..
BUT this is a 150 year old property so is certainly NOT a new build!

House is located towards the end - last terrace but one - of a Cul-de-sac so very little (if any) through traffic.
Very peaceful and quiet!

There's very limited parking on the street (i park my one vehicle on the street outside the house) but there are spaces available <30seconds walk away.

*THERE IS THE POSSIBILITY of being able to rent a neighbours driveway space (FOR ONE VEHICLE) for £80 per calendar month, but this is by separate negotiation and nothing to do with my listing or me (i make no money off of the option)*

i don't smoke but i couldn't care less if you do as long as you do it outdoors and considerately (so the smoke doesn't affect any neighbours) and put your butts in an ashtray.

Deposit (and possibly) references required because (as previously mentioned) i really want to find someone i get on with and therefore will be choosing very wisely.
This isn't my first rodeo boys and girls.
