Room in a Shared Flat, Chesham Place, BN2

I am the owner of a 2 bed flat on the beach in sunny Kemptown, Brighton. Near the hospital, the beach is at the bottom of the street. I usually work away during most of the week, so you will have sole use of the place. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, an open fire, wooden floors throughout and a pretty courtyard currently being renovated. Bills are additional. I'm looking for a mature (in attitude) respectful, clean person to use this great space as home for a min of 3 months. Small indoor pets considered unfortunately not suitable for dogs.
