There is a solid, large desk in the room, dresser, chest of drawers, more storage, and hanging space in the room. It's furnished but there's room for more furniture- it's a large room.

The aspect means it gets the sun all day (E/W facing) and has floorboards. There’s kings size double bed available, 

The 2-storey, book-stuffed, spacious and quiet house is shared and owned by a (female, meat-eating, occasional smoker) academic/writer (me) and I travel a fair bit. I'd prefer NOT WFH full time, but open to discussion.

I'm looking for a steady person who will enjoy this stable, happy house. 3 months minimum stay. If you're a couple the price is £945 all in.

Money includes bills (in reasonable use), fast fibre optic broadband! If you're not a student unfortunately there's an extra £44 to pay, which is my single person discount, which I will lose. 

There is a washing machine, microwave, power shower, new boiler, central heating, wood burner. Garden (room for your own veg patch,you're welcome!) patio, large kitchen with convivial dining table. 

There’s a fire. I'd be very happy indeed if you bought/salvaged logs too.

The number 48 stops  metres from the front door, it runs 4 x an hour into Brighton. The universities are 13 and 20 minutes away... Mouslcomb is the nearest station, central Brighton is a 15- 25 minute drive/cycle depending on traffic. You can walk to the centre of town (Brighton Station) in 40 mins.

Suitable for couples but only short term (3 months) 

Relaxed, reliable, reasonably house-trained, solvent, eco-aware mature (over 35 only please) person wanted. References and a deposit will be sought.

I'm fine about you bringing your pets; in fact I'd welcome it... there's a resident sociable 1 year old male cat called Huey P Newton and 3 chickens. You help with chickens = you get fresh eggs!

1 months weeks deposit. 1 month's rent payable in advance. One month’s notice required. Minimum three month let. Please write and tell me a bit about yourself- I’m looking for someone who wants their own space and sometimes shares a meal.
