Due to moving away, we are offering to let our much loved, 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom, semi-detached home. It sits in a peaceful location that is just 20 minutes bike ride to the city centre, and ten minutes walk to St Werburgh's along a pretty footpath. It is also close to the Easton and Gloucester Road areas, and lies just across the road from the rolling hills of Purdown. 

3 bedrooms (two good sized doubles, one large single), 2 large reception rooms, kitchen, 1 bathroom, and a conservatory.

The front living room and bedrooms are filled with morning sun and have great views across to Eastville park, while the rooms at the back of the house look onto a secluded garden. There are 3 bedrooms, two reception rooms, a conservatory, a bathroom and a kitchen. Two of the bedrooms are good sized doubles, the third is big enough to squeeze a double bed into, but is better considered a large single.

Available to move in from the end of November 2024, the house offers a warm wood burner, and a lovely big rambling garden that catches plenty of sun.  

The garden is rather precipitous, dramatic and unfenced, and thus not suitable or safe for small children to play in unsupervised. For this reason we would prefer tenants with no children or with older children.

The property is offered unfurnished (or it could be semi-furnished, you can decide/discuss with us - not all furniture you can see in the photos will be available though).

We're looking for a family, a couple, or two individuals who'd like to house-share.

Three adults can be considered but rent will then need to be £1800 for the whole house in this case (I can explain why).
Well behaved pets will be considered, but strictly no smokers please. Mature students e.g. postgraduates can be considered but not undergraduates. 

EPC rating is officially E but since the rating was given 9 years ago, we have insulated the roof and made other improvements.
