Appliances include electric hob, fridge and a new microwave oven. The flat has been professionally cleaned and refurbished to a high standard ready to make home for someone who will look after it. 

All bills are included in rent except for electricity which is around £30 per month. Electricity usage is controlled by each individual flat so you will not be sharing the cost with other tenants. Studio suits a single professional or a professional couple.


A holding deposit of one week's rent (£225.00) will be charged to secure the property. Monthly rent is £975.00, the deposit is £1,125.00.
