It is well located for the Bus Station, train station, local secondary school, pubs, restaurants, surgery, dental surgery, shops, nurseries etc. It has a shared kitchen, bathroom, wcc and lounge/diner and an outside courtyard. Water, council tax and gas is included. There is electric modern storage heating in each room and the tenant pays for their own electric via an online top up system. The house license only allows for one occupant per room and strictly no pets allowed. The room available is on the top floor of the house which is quiet and out of the way. It recently was repainted and had a new carpet fitted. There will be a £20 per month cleaning contribution to keep all of the communal areas tidy. All tenants are expected to keep things tidy themselves also.
