Hello!

We are looking for a new housemate for our beautiful house!

We are Paula, Robson and Pamela, we are from Spain, Brazil and Chile. We are very clean, homely, friendly, respectful and sociable. We get along very well and we will love to share our house with someone similar to us. We like to hang out and enjoy the common areas of the house, and sometimes do things together.

The room only came with a desk.
There is the option to buy the bed with the mattress, clothes rack and shelves for a really good price.
The room is available from the 16th of December.

The house was renovated four years ago. It has a lovely back garden with a barbecue and nice garden furniture. We share a modern kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub and a living-dining room. And the house is fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and kettle.

We love to keep our lovely home clean and tidy, and we maintain a rigorous cleaning rota for the communal areas. This is really important for us, so please consider that is the only rule in the house.

Included in the price are water, internet, gas, electricity, council, toilet paper, cleaning products and some kitchen stuff as salt and oil.

The house is very conveniently located, a two minute walk to Mill Road and a ten minute cycle ride to the town centre and river area. It is also close to the Hive Centre and we have many supermarkets, shops and coffee shops within a five minute walk of our house.

We are looking for a female profesional, minimum 29 years old. Please note that the rent is through an agency, so will be a contract for 6 months or a year and will renovated once the period ends.
