For Rent: A 2/3-bedroom open plan maisonette in the village of Colebrooke near Crediton, Devon. Colebrooke is a quiet, rural village about 4 miles from the town of Crediton and about 12 miles from the city of Exeter. Yeoford station on the Tarka line (which runs between Exeter, Barnstaple and Okehampton) is about a 15 minute walk from the property. A fast, regular train service to London and other places is available from Exeter St Davids station. There are two pubs within a 15 minute walk and a shop/post office is available in Copplestone (about 2 miles). A coach service is provided for students at Queen Elizabeth's School in Crediton (This is an academy school, with a sixth-form). Students are also able to attend a range of schools in Exeter.
The maisonette is suitable for a couple or two friends sharing.
