I am looking for professional tenants who are in full time employment.
I wish to rent this out as a 2-bedroomed flat £1600 PCM or a 3-Bedroomed Flat for £1900PCM (3 couples Sharing).
I am looking for long term tenants and will offer longer contracts once we have established a reliable record. 7 Students £2400PCM

I want a tenant to live here long-term, as long as you care for the property and keep paying the rent we will have a good relationship.
