Furnished one bedroom attached annexe in the centre of Danehill, to be let on a lodger basis with us as resident landlord in the main house - my wife and I, our 2 kids aged 15 and 12 and a dog and a cat, so we're looking for the right person to fit in!

Own entrance, open plan kitchen / diner / living room and large upstairs bedroom with king size bed, shower over bath and seperate wc. Underfloor heating downstairs, large radiator upstairs, large gas/electric range cooker, dishwasher, fridge freezer, pantry, high speed internet, microwave, tv, own small walled outside space, plus use of our laundry room with washer/dryer.

Would suit quiet professional single person or couple, but limited parking (one car max). Sorry no dogs, but open to discuss other pets. Available now, looking for long term, references required (through OpenRent).

There will be an additional fixed charge of £175 every month to cover all bills -  electricity, gas, water, internet and council tax. Total cost £1050pcm.
