Hi there ,we have for rent coming up at new Romney .This is a 2 bedroom static caravan , 1 en suite bathroom of the main bedroom and another bathroom with shower , central heating throughout with an electric fire place , double-glazed .
There is no pictures of the 2nd bedroom as we have removed the beds and are temporarily using it as storage .There is a metal secure shed outside that has a padlock should you need to store any belongings .
Access to the holiday parks includes the swimming pool , clubhouse , kids entertainment and the Neptune pub within walking distance.
There is plenty of parking in the car parks provided but cannot park at or outside the caravan .
This will suit a professional single person /couple or a small family .Were looking to rent from the 4/5/24 for a minimum of 1 year , we are requesting an employers reference or proof of employment , proof of income for peace of mind , sorry no DSS .
The rent is £1000 per month , we also will require 1 months deposit up front aswell to cover damages etc .The rent includes water , electric and WiFi which is unlimited , fast 4g & 5gb .The tenant will have to buy there own gas bottle(s) (prices are approx £95 each)
