I am looking for a female flat mate to sublet my room in a private student accommodation "Meadow Court" by CRM Students.
Its a 4 Bed Standard with shared bathroom and kitchen. Estimated room size: 9m2 to 11m2.
The location is fantastic next to The Meadows and 10 mins walking to University of Edinburgh and The City Centre.

Other 3 rooms are occupied by female students (age 20-24 years, nationalities 2 Scottish and 1 Polish)..

If the Tenant provides a bona fide (United Kingdom based) Guarantor, the Rent will be payable monthly.
If the Tenant cannot provide a bona fide (United Kingdom based) Guarantor the Rent will be payable in two (2) instalments.
