At the bottom of the drive is the Exe Estuary Trail, a mostly off-road cycle path to Exeter.
The flat is immaculately presented throughout, and is fully furnished (although we may be able to remove some items if not needed).
The main living space is open-plan. The kitchen area has an electric oven and ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, washer-dryer and dishwasher, together with crockery, glassware, cutlery and cooking pots etc. There is underfloor heating in here - lovely for chilly mornings!

There is a separate dressing room/study with built-in wardrobes (including drawers and shoe-racks) and a dressing-table/desk and chair.
The bathroom is fully tiled and has underfloor heating and a heated towel rail. There is a bath with a really good, powerful shower over, a basin with storage drawers, and a low-level WC. The bathroom cabinet has heated mirrors, colour-changing LED mood lighting, a Bluetooth speaker, and a shaver/electric toothbrush point.
Outside there are extensive and well-kept communal gardens with flowers, shrubs and trees - there's even a small orchard. It's a haven for wildlife, and the sea views from the top are amazing! There are communal washing lines, and various picnic tables and benches dotted around. It's a very well-run site, and there is always help on hand if you need it.
