A groundfloor double bedroom is available, the house is perfect for student living as it has a cosy and inviting atmosphere. There is a lovely bright kitchen/living space which has been recently renovated so has modern appliances which are all in great condition. There is a bathroom, shower room and downstairs loo, all are modern, incredibly clean and in excellent condition. The house also has a garage which can be used for storage and there is a wonderful roof terrace which you can slightly see the sea from.
The home is also well insulated and double-glazed.

Furniture is included, except the wooden wardrobe and side table, can be purchased separately.

The bills are done through a company called split the bills, this means it is a fixed cost of £95 a month and benefits from unlimited electricity, water and gas, it also includes incredibly fast wifi.

The house will have 5 other girls as residents who are lovely, chatty, respectful and clean. Preferably another girl as a tenant would be best but open to respectful men too.

As it is a student house for students the council tax would be exempt.
