Room in a Shared House, Shotford Road, IP20

The room is a large, recently decorated double on the first floor with a king size bed, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and a walk in wardrobe.  The shared bathroom has a bath with an overhead shower attached. Also included is the use of a sitting room, Use of kitchen with oven, hob and fridge with freezer space if required. 

There is off road parking and the house is very private behind walled gardens, and has been extensively updated and redecorated recently.  There is a front garden and a rear garden with a large pond.

I am looking for a male or female, who is quiet and respectful. I am a fairly quiet person who likes a chat on the odd occasion. I also have cats but they are not allowed in the rooms listed above (unless the tenant chooses to let them in), with the exception of the kitchen where they eat and have access to an outside space. 

All household bills are included. Personal items including food are not included. 

I am looking for a quiet and respectful person with the ability to get on with other people living in the house.. Someone who keeps their room, and especially any shared areas tidy and clean after use.
