Room in a Shared House, Weald Close, BN6

Lovely, light, spacious double room for rent in my mid-century house . You would be sharing with myself and my 8 year old daughter (she is here 4 nights a week ) , plus two friendly cats. Hurstpierpoint is a great village to live in , with good pubs, restaurants, shops and very good green areas close by .
The house has a large garden and spacious living . The room is furnished with a double bed , wardrobe and low day bed (bigger than it looks in pics and lovely garden view ), the furniture can be edited . We are looking for someone lovely to share our space , (female or part time occupant or student preferred, and not work from home ). Must be fairly easy going , kid friendly , tidy and thoughtful . An interest in gardening , music and creativity a bonus ! . Looking for someone who does their own thing but happy to hang out with us also at times. I am also more than happy to have someone part time and reduce the rent .
I run a vintage clothing business (and am also an TA at the local school part time), so super busy, out and about in Brighton /london. I’m also often away weekends working and my daughter is away part of most weekends . My partner stays one or two nights weekly also .
Easy access to a23 and a half hour walk to Hassocks station, with direct links to London/Brighton. Also walks from the village to the lovely South Downs . It’s easier to get around if you have a car , though the bus is ok. .
Plumpton college 15 mins by car or direct bus . Sussex 15 mins by car . London 50 mins train from hassocks .
1 month Deposit and two references required .
