Small one up one down, Tudor cottage in the centre of Henley Town centre, 200m from the River Thames. There is a kitchen diner downstairs, with a built in cupboard that can be used as a wardrobe. There are bespoke fitted bench seats in the dining area and an oak dining table.  There is a washer/dryer and a fridge with a freezer compartment and a microwave, the cooker is a Everhot range which is like an Aga. There is a studio lounge/bedroom upstairs which has a pull down double bed, (but you can bring your own bed if wished) and a shower room/WC. The cottage is fully electric, no gas.  There is underfloor heating downstairs and an electric radiator in the bathroom and an electric stove in the lounge/bedroom. Council tax is band A.  On street parking is available with a residents permit, available from the Town Hall. The house is very small, when we designed it, it was based on the space in a Narrow Boat. There is a communal Dutch garden. The property is too small for a family.  The stairs to the upstairs are quite steep, with a hatch that can be pulled down whilst upstairs. Not suitable for pets. Looking at the street view photo, access is via the alleyway seen. The property is the 3rd cottage to the left of the alleyway between the 2 cottages on the street view.
