Double room for rent in a flat with a friendly mid-thirties couple (MF) and a very cute cat. The flat has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a spacious lounge/dining room with separate kitchen. The room for rent is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, vanity unit, smart TV, bedside tables and full length mirror. There is a large window that is East facing with blackout curtains. The room and flat is a lot more spacious than the photos show, please feel free to come and check it out. The pink curtains and pictures currently hung in the room can be taken down no problem if not to your style, we won't be offended.

One of the bathrooms has a shower and the other has a bath, both have toilets, so it's unlikely that you'll ever have to wait for the loo.

We love plants, so you will find lots of greenery around the flat, we both enjoy working out, both at home and at the gym. We cook some evenings of the week but also meal prep ahead to reduce time spent in the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an electric hob, oven and Ninja airfryer for cooking, there is a fridge and freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. We also have a blender, toaster and kettle, plus lots of useful utensils if you like to prepare food at home.

When not working, we can be found reading, watching TV, planning our next adventure or out socialising with friends.

The flat is really well connected with several bus routes at the doorstep that will get you into Brighton within 10 minutes. Hove train station can be reached within 15 minutes walk and we have a Beryl bike stand outside the flats too! With Church Road just a short walk away we have access to a plethora of great shops, restaurants, bars, cafes and a handy post office. With the well-kept gardens of Palmeira square and seafront just beyond, it really is a great location!

All bills included. The room is currently available until mid Jan 2025 but there is a possibility to extend. Additional £150pcm for couples.
