lovely little two bedroom home is available for a short term let for January & February, potentially from mid December if needed.  It’s a old cottage in the high street of Hurstpierpoint, recently done up to a good standard with lots of handy integrated features, built in wardrobes in master bedroom, dishwasher, towel heater, washing machine & dryer in a separate laundry room, fridge freezer. 
Ideal letting time would be from first week of January until the end of February but have got some flexibility depending on your need. 

It’s available fully or partially furnished again depending on preference/need. 

There’s access to a patio in the back which at the time of letting is maybe less required but accessible. 
Really sorry, no pets, it’s not suitable for pets :( 
Would be ideal for a couple or small family between houses or temporary stay. 

Hurstpierpoint is a lovely village just north of Brighton with a buzzing high street and with good links to London, nearest station is hassocks, a little walk or short bus ride away. 
On street parking right in front of the house is available Monday-Saturday 6pm-8am or all day Sunday.
