The landlord is required to carry out a credit check and passport, work contact etc will be required as well as a security deposit of £550. Rent is £600. Tenancy to start from asap. 

Gas central heating and gas fire in the lounge, electric shower, bath is heated from gas. Energy bills will be spit equally on the last day of the month when rent is due. Bills are not usually more than £50 each. Council Tax B. This will be reduced with student occupancy.
No broadband. Can set up if required. 

Ideal tennant would be between 20-40 years old male or female, mature student or young professional. (No couples) 
Long term tenancy with a minimum of 12 months stay. 

I am a 30 year old male, I will be a student in September and I work in a hospital therefore I would ideally prefer a mature student but someone working full time too will be fine. I am tidy and clean and like to keep the flat this way. I enjoy socialising and exploring Glasgow's vibrant music scene, i enjoy spending time outdoors and keeping fit. 

The room available is large and comes with 2 free standing wardrobes and a set of drawers with a mirror, two shelves and a double bed. (Bed can be removed if needed) The flat is furnished but you are welcome to bring your own bits of furniture if you have it. Plants are welcome too.
