Room in a Shared House, High Street, TN12

The house is 4 double bedroom Tudor village house in Marden Village, a short walk from the station. It has a large private garden. It is very warm and cozy and has bags of character, with a pot belly stove and 2 large lounges, a study and a full sized pool/table tennis/air hockey table. It has high ceilings in most of the house (except the dining room!). I'm an accidental landlady who would really prefer to rent out the whole house as I live in London but in the absence of that I'm looking for some nice people or a family who would like to make the house their own. We are happy to remove our personal effects. It's currently fully furnished (happy to exchange single beds for doubles as required).
