I am looking for someone  ( professional female)  to share a 2 bedroom flat I have just moved into. The available room comes fully furnished with single bed, wardrobe and drawers. SEPARATE BATHROOM which currently has bath tub but overhead shower will be fitted soon.

Location : it is very centrally located. Town centre, supermarket ( Sainsbury’s), Train and Bus Station is of walking distance of 5-7 minutes. Bus stop  is just outside the property.

Car Park: comes with an allocated car park.

Availability: Available now for long term. Can start with 6 months or so.

Rent: would prefer to go for all inclusive. But, can discuss and open to just rent option as well. Rent only will be £650 per calendar month. All inclusive will be £850 which includes room rent, council tax, gas, electricity, water, Wi-Fi and Netflix subscription.

Bathroom:  Separate Bathroom. 

Kitchen: fully equipped kitchen comes with oven, fridge freezer, dish washer, air fryer, microwave, kettle, toaster

Living room is shared with sofa and Tv.
