Room in a Shared House, Seaside Avenue, BN15

A newly renovated garage, this small single room has been insulated and cladded in pine along the walls and ceiling, to make it look like a beach hut style tiny home.  It is a 6 minute walk to the beach and Lancing Sailing Club.

There is a handmade pine kitchenette with fridge freezer, microwave, and multi cooker (fries, steams etc.).
It has it's own front door and key for privacy.   The rear has sliding patio doors.  The side has a cute porthole window.  Multiple USB sockets.  Free on-street parking.

The cabin is awaiting plumbing to extend the facilities to include an en-suite.  Until this happens, the room is a standard room only and therefore the house facilities will be shared.

The cabin has suberb wifi speeds (averages at 250MPBS+) with a cute desk that can be wheeled around.
A bamboo open wardrobe ensures that the space doesn't look too crowded, however this will be unsuitable for anyone with a lot of personal affects to store.

The main house offers a pine-cladded wc and separate green and brown spa-like bathroom downstairs.  You can also utilise the newly built kitchen and bar area with tri-fold windows.

I am a single parent 45 years old and mum of 3 children ranging from 1 years to 11.  I work from home, sometimes in my kitchen and sometimes in the newly built, insulted outside office.  I am open to negotiating the use of the office and the hot tub in the garden.

I am looking to share with a female, students welcome.  Short lets welcome as I am looking to get the plumbing completed after Christmas.
