2 Bed Semi-Detached House, Deanswood Green, LS17

We are looking for the right people to rent and take care of our house while we are working overseas.

The house is in a lovely quiet neighborhood in North Leeds. It backs onto the Meanwood Valley Trail with miles of woodland to explore so would particularly suit someone into hiking, biking or running.

It has got a new kitchen, and bathroom plus living room with Garden access, entrance hall, utility rooms, bedroom with double bed and spare room with some workout equipment.

The back garden faces directly onto woodland that is rarely used, so is very private and features a 'hide' seating nook.

The rent includes council tax, water, broadband and up to £100 in bills each month. This is obviously an amazing deal for Leeds and especially the area as it's important we find the right people. Ideally we would like a couple.

The loft has been converted into a space for my partner and I. We will occasionally come back to stay usually for a week at a time and will be there for the whole of July so you would have to be happy to occasionally share the common areas.

We will be returning to the UK in March/April 2026 so the contract would be ended then.
