Room in a Shared Flat, Park Lane, LS3

I live in a 6-person ensuite apartment near the University of Leeds, just a 15-minute walk away. The environment here is quiet, and my flatmates—3 girls and 2 boys—are very friendly. My room is 16 square meters, which is spacious enough for me. The apartment has 24-hour hot water and a reception, making it very convenient. The rent can be paid in four installments, and I have already paid two of them. It’s a great place for both studying and living.
