Room in a Shared House, Etnam Street, HR6

We would welcome a Monday to Friday lodger in our family home in the centre of Leominster.

The room we are offering is at the back of the house overlooking the garden and has its own private bathroom on the same floor. It's self contained with a three-quarter bed, a relaxing chair and footstool, and a large walk-in wardrobe containing a chest of drawers, hanging rails and shelving for cutlery and crockery. The room also has a fridge, a microwave, a table and chair and a TV. All bills, heating and the WiFi are included in the weekly cost.

We have enjoyed the company of many lodgers over the years and would welcome someone who worked outside the home during the day and would like a quiet household on their return. If you're a party animal who likes friends coming in and out this may not be the place for you!

We would be pleased to have a recommendation from previous accommodation or another reliable source as we need someone trustworthy within our home.

We have three dogs and a cat who all enjoy meeting visitors.
