The flat is a 5 min walk to Paddington station (which had the Bakerloo, District and Circle and Hammersmith and City Line), and a 8 min walk to Lancaster Gate (central line). It’s a nice 10 min walk to Hyde Park and a close walk to Notting Hill. A lot of great food places all around the area and lots of things to do and try as it’s located in such a central area. The kitchen includes a kettle and microwave, the washing machine and heated drying rack are also in that area along with a table for two. The bedroom has a double sized bed with a couch, table, TV and lots of closet space available. Central heating can be controlled from your phone and put on a schedule. There’s also an iron in case you need. TV license and water bill are included in the cost. You will need to cover gas and electric which is on a pay card system where you pre load them at the convent store near by. This place is perfect for 1-2 people and has a great view from the third floor out the large bay windows onto the street. Very quiet neighbourhood.
