Very sadly for me, my lovely tenants Ece and Sasha will be leaving this wonderful flat, so I am looking for new tenants who will be equally as nice!

The flat is so lovely, they have made it their home and hopefully I can find new tenants who will be as happy there as they have been.

The flat is between Willesden Green and Cricklewood. It's on the first floor; it has beautiful wood floors, high quality kitchen and bathroom and two bedrooms - one double and one single. Please check on the floorplan/photos that the size of the second bedroom will suit you as it's much smaller.

There is a brand new large fridge freezer and new washing machine. The flat has been painted and new lighting installed.

Transport is really good as you are half way between Willesden Green Jubilee line and Cricklewood Thameslink stations. There are lots of shops near including a Co-op in Cricklewood and two Sainsbury supermarkets in Willesden Green.
 
I am looking for tenants with very good references, and  people who are reliable. But most importantly people who will look after this lovely flat and make it their home. I am only interested in tenants who can provide good references and have a history of paying their rent on time. 

You will be dealing with the landlord directly, who is passionate about looking after his tenants.
