Located on a quiet residential road the flat is a stone's throw from Francis Road, and a short walk from Leyton tube station on the Central line. Francis Road offers everything from croissants to coffee, books, flowers, gifts, yoga and amazing food. A number of pubs are easily walkable. There are lots of green spaces to enjoy, enjoy Sidmouth Park on the opposite of the road, Coronation Gardens at the end of the road, and the Olympic Park with its myriad attractions is a five minute bike ride or 15 minute walk.
