The rent is £2300 (so it would be £1150 each plus bills), the deposit is £2655 and £50 fee each to change names on the tenancy agreement. The lease is until 5th of August 2025.
The flat comes FURNISHED (not furniture showed in the photos) or UNFURNISHED.
Regarding the move in day I was keen to find a replacement to enter last week of December or First week of January.
